2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodmell Family Vineyard.  Flavor profile of black currants, cherries, tobacco and a hint of campfire smoke. We consider this a young Cabernet and when decanted, opens up to intense flavors of rich, red fruits with a hint of leather. Bold, well rounded tannins and sound structure make for a long finish.
