NV4 Sublime

Our NV4 Sublime is a blend of 57% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7% Carmenere. It contains aromas of fresh cranberry, persimmon, graham cracker, and a hint of cedar cigar box introduce a complex range of flavors. Notes of Montmorency pie cherry, curry spice, and discrete notes of serrano pepper. Finishing with flavors of cloves and anise. Aged in French oak from multiple forests. Amply structured and loaded with fruit for enjoyment now, but packed with cellar potential!
